You can hire our superb kayaks, canoes and other great equipment throughout the year as a complete package to include boat, paddle and buoyancy aid. We also hire dry tops and pants, wetsuits, dry barrels and bags. We often hire out for expeditions in Scotland as collection and return could not be easier from Watermillock as we are only 10 minutes from J40 off the M6. For those staying in the Lake District we are able to deliver for a small fee or if you have your own roof rack, or wish to hire one from us, you can collect and return yourself.

Half day, overnight and multi-day hire can be arranged and we also offer group hire discounts - the longer and the more you hire for the more we can discount. We are confident that our hire equipment is the best available anywhere in the Lake District and we do allow it to be kept overnight, making planning an expedition easy and allowing you to go further afield in comfort and with piece of mind.
If you wish to hire any of our equipment you must be competent and have enough experience to use it.
All equipment that we hire is in exceptional condition and we reserve the right to charge for any damage or losses. A copy of a driving licence and utility bill is required to hire equipment and also a refundable damage/loss deposit - this can be paid by cash, credit or debit card and re-credited on return of all equipment free from damage.
