Distant Horizons offer a range of guided mountain biking routes throughout the Lake District for groups. Using our Specialized mountain bikes we have a number of tried and tested routes of varying distance, height gain and technical difficulty - something for everyone! With our Land Rover and box trailer we provide a second to none support service where our driver meets groups at a number of locations along your route and provides hot soup,drinks, mechanic service, change of clothes etc to make your journey that little more luxurious.
Why not blend a couple of other outdoor activities into the day such as an abseil, a canoe or kayak journey or even an adventourous ghyll scramble to finish your day. Using mountain bikes to reach a number of other locations to undertake other activities makes an excellent day out and one we recommend to many groups.
