Whether you are looking for fun team building activities or full on outdoor challenges to put them through their paces, we design bespoke Lake District team building packages based on your aims and objectives. The use of challenging and adventurous outdoor activities is a tried and tested method for embedding learning and applying development within a team, and to do so we utilise the stunning Cumbrian terrain, and most importantly ensure the experience transfers back to the teams natural working environment.
When creating a team building event for any organisation we combine original ideas and flexibility and use our extensive local knowledge and experience. It is important that from the outset we have a good idea of your aims and objectives and the two options below are worth considering:
You can be sure that the activity you select will be presented and facilitated in such a way as to maximise the learning opportunities. All of our outdoor and team activities are simply a means to an end; they encourage teamwork and reinforce the value and importance of teams taking a collaborative approach. We are confident that our team building ideas will catch and inspire your interest. All of our activities and challenge events can be specifically designed to meet your objectives to get the most out of your team.
This is the best approach if you have specific learning objectives for your team development event. With this approach we start with the end in mind and design an event to address the aims and objectives you have identified. The clearer you can be about what you want from your team development event the clearer we can be in designing our solution.
All of our Lake District team building packages offer self-catering group accommodation in our luxury Lake District Lodge. The lodge is located on our private estate in the peaceful and stunning Ullswater valley in the Lake District and offers sole use of all of our facilities and grounds to groups on our team building packages.
"Fantastic event! Great mix of activities including team building events that didn’t feel like they were force fed."
