Whether you are looking for a fun activity to bring your team together or want to put them through their paces we offer a wide range of team building packages in the Lake District to suit. The use of challenging and adventurous outdoor activities is a tried and tested method for embedding learning and applying development within a team, and to do so we utilise the stunning Lake District terrian, and most importantly ensure the experience transfers back to the teams natural working environment.
We design and deliver team building packages tailored to meet your teams' aims and objectives, generating a unique programme from our base in Cumbria. Whether you are organising a corporate team building event for a group of senior managers or an ice-breaker session for a newly-formed team, the Lake District is a superb location enabling a wide range of activities from sea kayaking to overnight expeditions. However, we appreciate that instant submersion into the Lake District mountains may be too much too soon for some team building groups, therefore we utilise our excellent on site facilities, to include training rooms, indoor activity centre and 30 acres of lawns and woodland, to host a range of activities designed around your specifications. These activities include indoor climbing, crate stack, abseiling, archery and a range of team exercises, enabling us to gradually stretch all levels of comfort zones.

All of our Lake District team building packages offer self-catering group accommodation in our luxury Lake District Lodge. The lodge is located on our private estate in the peaceful and stunning Ullswater valley in the Lake District and offers sole use of all of our facilities and grounds to groups on our team building packages. "Fantastic event! Great mix of activities including team building events that didn’t feel like they were force fed."
